A successful graphic designer, real estate agent, and vacation rental owner with over 3 decades of experience. She is known for her innovative and unique design style, which has won her several awards and recognition from prestigious design organizations.
A graduate of RIT in NY, Kris's professional life began as a Designer and Project Manager working in the advertising industry and with Fortune 500 corporations. After moving to The Hamptons in 2001, she spent a decade supporting $M+ luxury real estate in powerful brokerages like Allan Schneider Associates, The Corcoran Group, and Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.
In late 2011, Kris made a move to a milder climate (and lifestyle) finding her "Forever Home" in beautiful Asheville, NC. Here, she purchased property and continued to build on her real estate foundation via brokering beautiful mountain homes and creating her own successful 5-star vacation rental properties.
In addition to her graphic design work, Kris is a licensed real estate agent and uses her design skills to create compelling marketing materials for her listings. Her eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and head for thinking "out of the box" have helped her broker properties quickly and for the best price for her clients.
Apart from her design and real estate work, Kris also owns three vacation rentals. Inspired by the experience of renovating her own home and with her insights into market trends, Kris decided to create her own vacation rental properties. With her design skills and excellence in customer service, she has created welcoming and stylish interiors that have garnered great 5-star reviews from guests.
